Bittersweet Life Advice

I was recently turned on to spoken word artist Sarah Kay 

and am really inspired by the beauty and strength 

of her words and performance. 

In this piece I enjoy listening to (and watching) her 

describe the life advice she would offer to a daughter. 

I love the way she weaves the dark and the light 

- the bitter and the sweet - 

sides of life almost simultaneously.
